Hubert is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Africa Investor (Ai) Group. He serves as the Chairman of the (Ai Family Office Forum leaders ) AiFOF. He is responsible for advising institutional investors, governments and development finance institutions on major infrastructure and private equity investments in Africa. He is also the Managing Editor of Africa investor magazine.

Michael Preiss

Mr. Rainer Michael Preiss, CWM is an Economic Advisor and Director of Ceylon Asset Management Co. Ltd. Mr. Preiss has experience in Asia, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. He has been a guest commentator on International Business TV and various newspaper columns. Mr. Preiss has served as a Guest Lecturer for the Graduate School of The People’s Bank of China. He is a Chartered Wealth Manager. Mr. Preiss majored in Finance and International Economics at the European Business School.

Vince Molinari

Vincent Molinari is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of GATE Global Impact (GGI), a leading electronic marketplace platform that is helping the world’s leading organizations to standardize and accelerate impact investing. GGI enables investors to identify and transact in securities which provide sustainable social and environmental benefits in addition to a financial return by bringing transparency, efficiency and liquidity to historically fragmented processes. GGI partners include the United Nation Global Compact, Overseas Private Investment Corporation of the United States, Microsoft, Prudential and other leading financial and technology organizations.

Within GGI, Mr. Molinari is responsible for strategic planning and business initiatives, including corporate alliances and strategic partnerships. His vision is based on a core belief that actionable knowledge drives
investments, and that technology can close the gap between traditional and emerging alternative markets. He believes opening the private market for investment can spearhead economic growth and job creation, leading him to be one of the early champions of the JOBS Act, financial legislation that increases access to capital to for emerging growth companies and impact investments.

Mr. Molinari is an active speaker on issues related to capital markets and early-stage companies, and regularly speaks at events around the world. He has been invited to testify before the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Financial Services, Subcommittee on Capital Markets and Government Sponsored Enterprises, and regularly consults with both members of Congress and regulatory agencies on these issues.

Mr. Molinari is a founding board member and former co chair of the Crowdfund Intermediary Regulatory Advocates (CFIRA), a self-regulating association that works with governmental and quasi-governmental
entities to help establish crowdfunding industry standards and best practices. He is also a co-founder of the Crowdfunding Professional Association (CfPA), a leading trade organization for the Crowdfunding industry and sits on the board of CF50 a global think tank of 50 of the leading minds from academia, policy and industry.

Mr. Molinari is also the founder of Global Access Holdings LLC, a financial media and analytics company, which identified a global trend line of illiquid securities and the potential market need for alternative asset
trading platforms. Prior to Global Access Holdings, he was chairman and CEO of Burlington Capital Markets LLC, a financial services company specializing in institutional execution services and investment banking activities. In addition, he co-founded Inculab, a technology business incubator. Mr. Molinari began his career at Lehman Brothers Inc., and has also held senior positions at Janney Montgomery Scott Inc. and Ridgewood Capital Funding, LLC.

He has been featured on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation’s “Lang and O’Leary Exchange” and been quoted and published in a wide range of business media including the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Bloomberg News, Advance Trading, CSRwire, Social Funds, NuWire and Securities Technology Monitor.  Mr. Molinari is married and lives in New York with his Wife 2 Sons and 2 Daughters, and received his bachelor’s in International Business from Hofstra University Frank Zarb School of Business.
